Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use BuyTheBar. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized account use. You may not create duplicate or misleading accounts.

2. Early Access

BuyTheBar is currently accepting customer accounts and bartender applications while marketplace features are prepared. Creating an account does not guarantee booking availability, a launch date, approval as a bartender, or any particular volume of bookings.

3. Bartender Applications and Profiles

Bartenders must submit truthful, current information about their experience, certifications, service regions, and rates. BuyTheBar may review, approve, decline, unpublish, or remove a bartender profile at its discretion. Approval does not represent an employment relationship or a guarantee of work.

You grant BuyTheBar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the profile content you submit as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Marketplace Role

BuyTheBar provides technology to help hosts discover bartenders. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific offering, bartenders are independent providers and are responsible for the services they offer. BuyTheBar is not a party to any off-platform arrangement.

5. Alcohol, Safety, and Legal Compliance

Users and bartenders must comply with applicable alcohol, licensing, permit, age-verification, food-safety, tax, and venue rules. Bartenders must not serve alcohol to anyone who is underage or visibly intoxicated. Hosts are responsible for lawful event conditions and guest behavior.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity.
• Submit false credentials, impersonate another person, or misrepresent services.
• Interfere with the service, scrape it without permission, or bypass security controls.
• Upload content that infringes another person's rights.

7. Third-Party Services

BuyTheBar may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, communications, and other operations. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyTheBar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bartender availability, profile accuracy, or the quality or legality of services arranged through the marketplace.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyTheBar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, security concerns, or misuse. We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
